A school with dangerous expectations
Yuji's arrival at Tokyo Jujutsu High gives him classmates and a teacher willing to protect him. It also places him inside an institution that treats young sorcerers as essential combatants. Megumi already knows the demands of that work, while Gojo wants the next generation to become strong enough to change the system around them.
Techniques shaped by the person using them
Yuji learns to connect cursed energy with his physical strength. Megumi directs shikigami through the Ten Shadows Technique, while Gojo's Limitless gives space itself a role in combat. Hand signs and attack imagery can identify an ability, but the decisions behind it distinguish protection, calculated risk and the enjoyment of power.
The face does not settle the identity
Sukuna's markings announce another will within a familiar body. Gojo's student appearance returns to a friendship with Geto before their paths divide. Jujutsu Kaisen gives a smile or uniform meaning through what has happened around it, with later encounters often changing how an earlier moment is remembered.
