Attack on Titan · Figure guide
Levi Figure
Levi Ackerman can cut through a Titan before the recruits beside him have worked out how to react. Being humanity’s strongest soldier does not let him bring everyone home. Attack on Titan repeatedly places him in command of people whose lives depend on decisions he has to make with incomplete information.
The reversed blade grip, white cravat and Survey Corps cloak make Levi figures recognizable across different styles. His severe expression belongs to someone who has spent years carrying the losses that remain after a battle is won.

Story and character
From the Underground to the Survey Corps
No Regrets returns to Levi’s life beneath the capital, before he serves under Erwin. With Furlan and Isabel, he is trying to reach a life above ground. His skill with maneuvering equipment already exists outside military training; the Survey Corps gives it a new setting and a chain of command.
Erwin becomes central to the way Levi commits that skill. Their relationship allows disagreement and hard questions, yet Levi continues to trust him with plans whose costs are impossible to ignore. Following him means accepting responsibility for what happens to the soldiers carrying those plans out.
The captain’s reserve can hide the attention he gives individual people. Early in the series, he takes the hand of a dying subordinate and listens. The scene puts his discomfort with dirt beside a concern that matters more to him in that moment.
What survives a victory
Levi’s fast, tightly controlled movement gives his battles an unusual clarity. His reverse grip and rotations with the blades are part of that fighting language. The apparent certainty of the movement contrasts with the decisions he cannot settle through skill.
At Shiganshina, Erwin’s charge creates an opening against the Beast Titan at a devastating cost. Levi then has to decide who will receive the chance to survive offered by a single Titan injection. His choice between Erwin and Armin reaches beyond military rank into what he believes another person should be asked to endure.
His injuries later remain visible as he continues fighting. Hange’s care and the support of surviving comrades become part of that continuation. Even Levi needs someone to carry him out of danger. The older captain’s bandages and scars recall encounters that strength alone could not leave behind.
Levi’s military appearance carries years of service under Erwin and Hange, with the responsibility for soldiers who trusted him to lead.
