Japanese Figure Preorders: Dates, Payment and Shipping

Understand release months, payment deadlines and shipment timing before placing a Japanese figure preorder.

PalVerse Hunter x Hunter collection

A preorder reserves a release that has not yet reached the shop. Its announced month gives you a point to plan around, but payment, warehouse arrival and delivery follow their own steps. Keeping those dates separate makes an order much easier to follow.

From release month to delivery

The manufacturer releases the product, the retailer receives it, the order is prepared, and the carrier transports the parcel. A release month belongs to the first part of that journey. It cannot tell you the day a parcel will reach your door.

If an announcement gives only a month, record a month. A calendar entry placed on its last day may be a way of displaying that window. Adding a precise day yourself creates an expectation the announcement never supplied.

When a release moves

A figure passes through production and finishing before the retail shipment. Schedules can change along the way. When a delay is announced, keep both the earlier window and the new one in your notes so you can see what changed.

For a gift tied to a fixed occasion, leave time beyond the release window for the remaining journey. If that timing is essential, an item already received by the shop is easier to plan around than an unfinished release.

Payment has its own deadline

Nin-Nin Game offers Pay Later on eligible listings. Read the deadline attached to the order: a manufacturer’s delay does not usually move it. Keeping payment reminders separate from release reminders helps prevent one change from hiding another obligation.

Which items travel together

A standard Nin-Nin Game order containing different release dates waits until all its items have arrived. An earlier release can therefore remain at the warehouse while a later one is still in production. Consider the dates together when placing the order.

My Private Warehouse has a separate shipment-request process. Only items physically received and assigned to your warehouse can be selected. A preorder still awaiting arrival remains for a later request. The service guide explains the current process.

Plan for the packed parcel

Shelf dimensions describe the finished display; shipping depends on the protected parcel. Scenery, long accessories and internal packaging can make the box substantially larger. Keep room in your plans for shipping costs as well as the item itself.

Before ordering, read the edition contents and the release, payment and shipping terms together. The Nin-Nin Game FAQ and My Private Warehouse guide explain the services. Your order history keeps the details of your own purchase.

Shokugan: Pokémon – 30-Year Anniversary Logo Charm & Gum (10 Pack Box) [Takara Tomy]

This Pokémon ten-pack is an example of why the exact box contents matter. Check the assortment description as well as the release window; ten packs alone does not establish which designs you will receive.
