Nami Figure
Nami’s dream is to draw a map of the world. Before she can pursue it, she spends years using that same talent for the pirates who control her home. Her skill as a navigator develops alongside a hard-earned awareness of what people can take from her.
Nami figures span the years before and after she becomes the Straw Hats’ navigator. Her tattoo, changing hairstyles and weather-based equipment belong to a life that moves from Arlong’s demands toward a voyage she has chosen for herself.

Story and character
The village she tries to buy back
Arlong’s crew kills Belle-mère and occupies Nami’s village. Nami agrees to work for him while gathering the money he has promised will buy the villagers’ freedom. For years, stealing from other pirates is the way she tries to raise that sum.
When Arlong breaks the agreement, she can no longer protect everyone through her own efforts. Asking Luffy for help means trusting someone with the danger she has kept trying to manage alone.
After Arlong’s defeat, she replaces the mark of his crew on her shoulder with a design of a pinwheel and tangerine. It connects her appearance to people and a home she can remember on her own terms.
The dream of making a world map becomes possible again. Joining the crew gives her a reason to use her charts for the places she wants to reach, rather than the person who has ordered her to draw them.
The weather in her hands
Nami reads changes in weather and currents that would otherwise endanger the ship. Navigating the Grand Line makes that judgment essential to the voyage, even when the crew’s strongest fighters are eager to charge ahead.
The Clima-Tact brings her knowledge into combat. Usopp builds the original weapon, and Nami learns how to combine its effects to create small-scale weather phenomena. Her attacks grow out of understanding conditions and arranging them to her advantage.
Her studies on Weatheria deepen that knowledge during the crew’s separation. The longer-haired Nami who returns to the voyage has spent that time learning, just as the others have developed their own abilities.
A Nami figure can recall the navigator’s confidence or the history behind her shoulder tattoo. Her place in the crew rests on knowledge that allows everyone else to keep pursuing their dreams.
